Ingredients

 

PREPARATION

  1. Oil a cooking pan and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Add sesame oil into a cooking pan.
  4. Add and cook garlic, chilli padi, chillies, ginger and carrots.
  5. Pour in the yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat With Bean Paste and one can's worth of water.
  6. Add in the tofu and mix carefully.
  7. Let simmer.
  8. Serve with rice, garnished with spring onion and sliced chilli.
